Refund policy

Carem Occultus from Left Hand Craft is an on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information is correct before completing your transaction. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.  

Once an order has been finalized, it is immediately sent to production and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the right information before paying. 

If you entered the wrong address and the item is returned to us, we may offer to reship it to your new address once you have purchased a new shipping label to cover the cost of shipping the item twice. Please reach out to arrange reshipping in such instances.

We can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. 

If there is a problem with your order, please feel free to contact our Support Team with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.
